Hello again Louise, As discussed earlier, here is the email I sent you on 21 January. (You'll see an identical email from our official site as well). I'll also send you a text confirming that I've sent the 2 emails. As I also said (and it's in the email below), I'll delete the Coton Community Group scheme. Please get in touch if I can be of any assistance. Regards, Geraint ———————————————————————------------------------------------------------- Geraint Lang-volunteer, chair of Staffs Watch (Staffordshire Neighbourhood Watch Association) ————————————————————————————----------------------------------------- Begin forwarded message: From: William (Geraint) Lang <geraint2@me.com> Subject: Neighbourhood Watch in Lister Road, Stafford Date: 21 Jan 2026 at 15:09 To: whitetansy3@yahoo.com Hello again Louise, I've been into the NW database, and you're already a member of a scheme for Lister Road, although not the scheme coordinator. You're also a member of the following schemes: Beaconside - Old Estate : Scheme Member Corporation Street, Stafford : Scheme Member ..and a provisional coordinator for the Coton Community Group CPR . As I said earlier, the scheme's boundary (Coton Community Group) is far too big for me to approve (the database system would override me if I tried to approve it).
However there are a number of options open to you and these are as follows: - Delete the Coton Community Group CPR, and stay with the 3 schemes you're already a member of.(That would be the most practical solution in my opinion).
- Start a small adjoining scheme, say around Dreieich Close, to the south west of Lister Road.
What d'you think? Regards, Geraint
